Edited original review. Great company to buy from, they stand by their products. Offer to replace cylinder or $20 amazon card. Love the chair. I work from home and needed a comfortable chair for the 8 hour days. I got lucky on a day when it was on sale before Christmas and picked it up at a great price. It was fairly easy to put together. It also has great features like the push button adjustable armrests for ease of use, the mesh and ergonomic design for comfort and adjustable head rest. My only dilemma is that I have had it about 6 months now and I am currently replacing the cylinder. By the end of the work day I feel like I am sitting on the floor. I am not a big person, and I definitely fall below the weight limit. I think I just have a leaking cylinder. And from my research it looks like it is going to cost about 20-25 to fix. Now if I could just figure out what size replacement cylinder I need.

I have been using this at my desk for nearly a year now and have no complaints. Everything on the chair still works. It gets used about 3-4 hours almost everyday and I never have back, shoulder, or even neck pain. I am 6'1" 170 lbs. The headrest is a little low for someone my height but it does not bother me too much. The chair squeaks a bit but after nearly a year of use this is normal and probably just needs to be lubricated.All in all, I would recommend this product. Very comfortable and the mesh design really helps if you live in a hot climate like myself.

The chair was easy to assemble and even after just 24 hours of use I felt a marked improvement in my back pain. The chair was recommended to me by my brother who was also suffering back pain / problems which were alleviated by use of this chair. Forget 'gaming' chairs and get one of these. Can't recommend this enough.

I bought the chair for the ergonomic features and my teen assembled. It had lots of parts and took some time, but went together easily. I actually love the chair for both style and comfort. I am a smaller, older adult well under the weight allowance given for this product. After 3 months of sitting in the chair for an hour or so per day, the steel wheel casing that the caster fits into was faulty and snapped. The original warranty is only good for 30 days and I did not purchase the extended protection plan, so I believe I am out of a usable chair. Faulty product, I DO NOT Recommend for this reason.Update 17 April 2023. I was contacted by Customer Service Dept of the Seller last week who offered me the choice of replacement parts, a $30 refund to my account or a $30 gift card. For this reason, I changed my rating to 4 stars as I was very pleased that they read and responded to my review. I had a friend who welded the caster for me and I have been using the chair. I really love the chair and would recommend to anyone wanting a comfortable, ergonomic chair.

At 5'11" this chair is NOT tall enough, so required purchasing a new cylinder. Some of the Q/A notes lead you to believe that the seat height is taller than it actually is (because they seem to be measuring from the floor to the SIDE of the seat which is a fair bit taller than the center of the seat with the flexible mesh).Otherwise, it's a very nice chair. They could improve it by adding an adjustable stop for the seat back. It seem that there's only ONE place it will lock/stop and some may want it to lock slightly tilted back from the factory position, but there's no way to do that.The wheels seem to work fairly well. I chose to NOT mount the arms so it will go under my desk more easily and not knock around on things. That works best for me.The base is metal, which I appreciate because the strength it will provide. It seems to be very sturdy.The mesh of the seat and back is breathable and comfortable with give, but not too much give (I do not like the thick pillow feel of some chairs - this one is very nice).

I was a bit worried when I opened the box as it was clear someone had this before and put the pieces back in the box. I was concerned the pieces would not all be there. Luckily, they were! The instructions were not great but the video in the product description above was really helpful. Be careful with the arms. It is not clear at all which side is which and I had to remove and switch then reattach. I'm not sure if the chair is comfortable yet. You can't adjust the back height so if you are tall (I am 5'8, female), the lumbar support will probably be in the wrong place. I wish it were adjustable as I don't think it is low down enough for me and may cause pain as I use it. Time will tell. I would go with a chair that adjusts in the back rather than this on despite the fact that it is basically a good chair for the money. But if it doesn't fit you right, it is a waste.

Features:As stated in the headline, I have the tension cranked as tight as possible on the reclining function, but it's still too soft for my taste. The sliding and twisting ability of the armrests also move way too easily. More resistance in those movements or some way to lock them in place would be greatly appreciated.Assembly:Assembly instructions would be a lot clearer if the front and back of the seat were clearly marked. The metal base is great, but since steel actually shrinks and expands more than you'd expect in different temperatures and considering the current cold weather in some areas, I recommend waiting to try to install the wheels until the base has warmed to room temperature. It's nearly impossible to insert the wheels into the cold, contracted steel fresh off the delivery truck.Otherwise, the chair is relatively comfortable and fits my 6'2", 250lb. frame pretty well. The open mesh seat and back stay cool during long periods of sitting. I've only been using this chair for about a week, so I cannot speak to its durability.
