Had to return this item as the picture was different from the product shipped. As shipped to me, the wand will NOT fit in the clip attached to the 3-way diverter like the picture shows. Instead, a suction cup holder was included which will NOT stick to my rough-surfaced tiles. It's the hose connector which actually fits in the suction cup clip, which is tapered to receive it. The clip on the diverter has a smaller opening (too small to fit the hose connector) and it is NOT tapered. Also, the two clips are NOT interchangeable. So, no way to make it work.

Exactly as advertised. Arrived on time. Quick and easy to install. Sending instructions via email is a bit different, not a bad touch. Instructions were written clearly in proper English which is very appreciated. They were easy to follow. I like that you can use one, the other, it both heads as desired. You can't beat the price/value ration on this product. If you have a tile surround that is not smooth, the suction cup won't stick. Luckily the handheld head mounts on the diverter assembly. That's actually a better position for simultaneous use of both heads, in my opinion.

I absolutely love this product. Besides an easy installation and very modern look, it has multiple functionalities that many other shower heads do not have. It has several modes including rainfall and water saving mode that can please different types of people (me and my spartan husband :)). It has large shower head that gives you a wonderful relaxing experience in the shower and it has small detachable shower head that I absolutely love. I am not sure why so many showers do not have detached shower heads but for a busy house hold as ours it is an absolute must have, I use it for a baby bath, bathing our puppy and washing of the color of my head without making a complete mess. Since we are renting our place I thought that we have to use only what rental property provides, and lets face it, it is usually very standard shower heads, however, for a very reasonable price we found luxury and functionality.It has self cleaning functionality as well, for a busy new mom it is very nice little perk.

I honestly don't know what all the fuss is about. This product isn't hard to put together, but they literally put some plastic around it and throw it in a box with no instructions. We have great water pressure, but not with this device. We can't use both of the shower heads at once and the main head won't shut entirely off if we just turn the hose on. Definitely do not recommend. Dissapointed in this product.

There was a washer missing for the handheld and it leaks like a sieve. It's difficult to find the kind of washer this takes, but will try to correct this issue. Otherwise, had the washer not been missing, I may have loved this shower head.

I've owned this for 6 months. It's leaking and coming out of all the fittings regardless of how tight it is and using plumbers tape. It is a cheap showerhead.

Great product. Only problem I've had is the suction cup holder can't actually hold the weight of the handheld shower head, it falls off every time. Make sure you use plumbers tape.

Faboulous rain shower! I really love it! The package itself came on time, and it was packed really nicely. The shower looks really durable, has lots of features. My husband installed it himself as it was really easy to install. I am not saying that for our bathroom is looks great and stylish. Very Nice Design
