Don't waste your money!
I've seen SOoOoOOoo many of these when searching for wax removal tools and/or kits.So after a couple days of sifting all I could find.. This one seemed like the best bang for the buck.As long as I can remember, my mother had heavy wax accumulation and I unfortunately inherited a minor slice of that trait as well..She used Qtips CONSTANTLY when getting ready and I caught the habit of just using 1, though these days 2 Qtips, sometimes even 4! As far as I know, we've done very well with just Qtips all these years, but I really felt that since Covid, I feel the wax has been accumulating faster. So I HAD to try it right away of course, I didn't get anything out, and then made sure I was doing it right (which I was)..My mom then tried it with a seperate tip of course after two days of not using Qtips and nothing came out.So in the end, a small waste of money for me atleast but it truly seemed as if this would be a viable concept.

Not bad
The silicone pieces are easy to use and work as intended but I found my self struggling to really clear build up. The metal tools that they come with are great though. Easy to use and hold just be careful as always.

“Worth the money”. one of the best out there!
"I recently bought this ear wax silicon remover and found it to be really helpful. The silicon was soft and gentle, making it easy to use without causing any discomfort. I was impressed with how effective it was at removing ear wax, and it was definitely one of the best products I've used in the past. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an easy and effective way to remove ear wax."

Worth the money
First, the bad news. I bought this b/c the idea of the rubbery spiral thing safely cleaning ears made sense to me and I saw positive reviews. So, I tried the spiral wax remover and got zero wax out. Nada. However, this item also came w/ 3 metal tools and a brush to clean the wax off the various tools. Those metal tools worked great for me and were well worth the price of the item if I had bought them alone. I did wait to submit this review till after I tried to soften my ear wax up w/ peroxide (a safe way to break down ear wax, but a hassle). I still got nothing w/ the twister, and in fact, one of the metal tools got some ear wax after the twister failed. So, maybe if your ear wax is really soft the twister would work? It didn't for me though. Still, if I misplace my tools I would happily buy this again for those metal tools, especially the two that have wires.

Mediocre
This thing hurts my ear when used and doesn’t get much wax out. It was cheap so I tried it. Stick with the old school methods

Great Item, Fast Delivery
I'm glad to have purchased this item as Earwax drills are better than using Q-tips for me

Great tools for removing wax
These tools do work. However, if you have stubborn build-up with hardened wax, you need to use warm water, or some sort of wax removal drops to HELP. I at first tried the twisted tipped device in my ears and it produced little wax. But I took a bath and used the metal tools to help break up the build-up and then I was able to twist out chunks of wax out of my ears. Just takes a bit of doing to get results. It is a decent product for what I paid for.

It works
I used to use Q-tips but found they don't do a good enough job, and there is always the risk that you could hurt your ear by either pushing earwax further into ear, or simply by hurting/poking the skin. These little spirally silicone tips are extremely soft and way easier to use than I thought. I will say that it works best after having a shower/washing hair (in other words, after your skin/head got wet). It's completely pain free, very easy to use and super easy to clean... hot water, a bit of soap and just rubbing the spiral tip will take any earwax or dirt off easily. I would definitively recommend this as a great alternative to Q-tips or the uncomfortable and inconvenient trip to the doctor to flush out the ear.

STOP! DON’T DO IT!! (READ MY UPDATES - ESPECIALLY THE SECOND ONE!!)
Ear canals are as unique as is the person who has them (and we all have ear canals). We assume that they are like the medical pictures we see in magazines and medical books - NOT SO! Some have odd shapes ... some are narrow/wide/curved/smaller or larger as you get nearer to the actual ear drum/ ... etc. Although other reviewers stated that this ear wax removal tool worked for them you need to be aware that it doesn’t work for everyone and, in fact, can do more harm than good! This was the case with me. I worked for hours on attempting to remove the wax buildup to no avail! For me it kept getting worse and eventually what I was doing was pushing the wax plug deeper and deeper into my ears to the point where I actually could not hear! I ended up going to my doctor to get a proper, clinical and professional ear irrigation. I promptly returned this tool for a full refund. Ear wax removal is a delicate job that the lay-person should really not attempt. Your hearing is too valuable to mess-up and DEFINITELY DO NOT use this with kids!!UPDATE #1 (November 27, 2020): I’ve been in contact via email with the seller of this product. They were appreciative of my comments and are attempting to improve the product. My assessment of the earwax remover stands but is not reflective of the seller. The seller is excellent to deal with and has my 5-star rating.UPDATE #2 (December 5, 2020): I’ve rethought my assessment of the seller. They offered me two $15.00 gift cards if I deleted my written review and/or gave them a 5 star rating and/or did nothing - the decision was mine. So, because they did respond to my emails promptly and stated that their R&D team was looking at ways they could improve their product I gave them the rating I thought they had earned; that is, I trusted that they were honest and honourable. For that they gave me the Amazon gift cards which I accepted. LOL ... as it turned out the gift cards were bogus - they had already been used on another Amazon customer. Amazon has assured me that they will look into this incident. I’ll leave it up to you, the reader, to determine the rating I should give them now🤪

Device does work, but a warning...
What a neat little gadget, and very cunning use of an Archimedean Screw. The tool is a light plastic handle with a direction arrow embedded on it, and sixteen soft conical silicon screws which click onto the handle. Why sixteen, I do not know- three would do, one for each ear and a spare. The idea is that you put the screw end into your ear canal and twist the handle in the direction indicated. The silicon screw will do two things: It will pull into your ear (Don't worry, the taper stops the screw going too far!), and it will drag out ear wax, so have a tissue handy to wipe it off. It does work, it does what it says on the tin, to coin a phrase.BUT, and it's a big but:- if you already have a hardened wax build-up, as I did (and the reason to buy this device), you may find that the soft screw simply pushes the wax outwards, lining your ear canal, and putting a fine polish onto it. It simply drags out any loose stuff.I know this because I was due a hearing check, and the Nice Lady took photographs to show me how much wax I had blocking my ears before I bought this device and used it, then did the same on my follow-up appointment and demonstrated not much clearance and a highly polished surface. My advice would be that this is a very useful device if you 'suffer' from earwax build-up as I do, but to use it regularly AFTER your ears have been de-waxed, to prevent the wax building back up again.

Better than a Q-Tip
Bought this product when I had a particularly clogged ear. While it didn't get a super lot of wax out, it is better than a q-tip and I use it fairly often and get the same results. Unless you have super waxy ears you may not notice it working, but it does work.My ears aren't that waxy, but even I notice it pulling out stuff. That said, it's not entirely soft and should be used with caution.Great price, though!
