The AC4 rating is also important for us, as we want our flooring to last quite a long time and continue to look good. The design does not look as real as other laminate pieces I've seen, but it would probably look fine over an entire floor. It does feel like real wood. It looks incredibly easy to lay the flooring, as the pieces just connect together. The beveled edges would, I hope, give the flooring the rustic look we are hoping for in our home.
