Slipped them in easily (trimmed just a tiny bit at the toe for perfect fit in my sneakers). The thicker heel and forefoot cushion really absorbs impact when I'm pounding pavement or standing in lines. My heels and arches felt noticeably less sore after long walks compared to stock insoles. In the heat down here, they didn't trap sweat too badly, and there was no strong chemical smell out of the package. They use to last me 3-4 months but idk if the material went down but they are just lasting over a month and a few days and I cannot return them. Sadly I will be buying a different brand since the quality of these insole went down. 3 starts only because the do feel good in the small time frame that I am able to wear them but they now fall apart with holes in the toe area
