Lensmate Quick-Change Filter Adapter Kit for Panasonic Lumix DMC LX10/LX15-52mm

Great. Easy to install. Love how it locks into place instead of a magnet. No wonkyness. Take your time and line things up. I recommend you just let it rest in position and check your spacing. You can move it a little. Then when everything is good give it a firm press all the way around. Would have been cool if a UV & ND filter was included.

I used the Lensmate Adapter Kit to help goose up my Panasonic LX10 into a more functional gig rig for use at media events and such, as well as my regular cinematography projects. The adapter has held tight on the LX10's lens even throughout the high temperatures I sometimes shoot in. The Lensmate Kit has enabled me to add filters and lens hoods to the LX10, which is a camera I take full advantage of primarily for its outstanding 4K video capability contained in such a small unit. Let me start by saying, this is my first negative review ever. Even if I'm not satisfied with a product, I tend to be reluctant to write something critical. Especially when it seems many others enjoyed a product. This, however, warrants such a review. I'm completely disappointed.Despite my clean and careful application of the adapter, the adhesive failed after just three days, causing the adapter to fall off the camera. During these three days, the camera was barely used. After the adapter had fallen off, I took a close look at the adhesive on the adapter ring. It was in inconsistent and sloppy. On top of that, the plastic is cheap and soft. This is not built to last.This is dollar store quality with a premium price.After multiple attempts to get in touch with the company, both through Amazon and directly, I have heard nothing. If the company attempts to make this situation right, I will update this review.Spend the extra money for a magfilter adapter. It's lightyears ahead of the lensmate in both quality and function.

perfect product .shame i had to return the camera i bought it for. worked flawlessly and had a good feel when turning it on and off the camera.

Shipment was quick. I was happy with product after installing. 3 days later when I took my camera out from the bag, adapter ring just fell off. I found out glue was dried up. It won't stick to the camera anymore. Now I contacted to the seller to help me with it.

This is my second time to get a Lensmate Filter Adapter. The first time was for my canon S95. Just like the 1st time, the adapter fits perfectly well in front of the barrel, you are able to put the filter you want and the filter is held in place firmly.

Lasted a whole 2 days before simply detaching itself from the camera as it sat quietly on a coffee table.Installed per manufacturer's recommended installation instructions.Worked fine for 2 days while on vacation.Failed after 48 hours of very careful use.Still waiting for a return authorization from the company....................As I said: Nice idea. Poor execution. Terrible product. Worse customer service.
