## Description

An ACDelco GM Original Equipment Distributor Cap is a GM-recommended replacement for your vehicle’s original component. It covers the top of the distributor and provides half of the rotary switch (distributor rotor). This original equipment distributor cap has been manufactured to fit your GM vehicle, providing the same performance, durability, and service life you expect from General Motors. Review: AC Delco - Replaced the cap and rotor as preventative maintenance. Old ones were very worn with some deposits but had not yet developed a misfire. Parts fit, wires snapped in confidently. Comes with two new Torx Screws; the rotor also does so you have extras if you drop one into the depths of the engine compartment. Not the easiest to install on a Suburban with 29" tires though. The torx bolts are what makes it a PITA. A Phillips head would have been fine, and allowed much easier installation. The screws are easy to drop as are the tools you are using due to it being tucked so far back against the firewall, and set so low. You cant really see what you are doing in there. However, this has nothing to do with the part's quality - just a heads up. Other Gm vehicles have been much easier, with screw heads that either a Phillips OR a standard can fit with locking springs; all you do is press down and turn 90 degrees. I certainly didnt expect two different sizes of Torx heads in there.
