I did tons of research and read so many reviews before making a purchase. Overall, I really like this unit. I've never used one before so I don't have anything to compare it to but I've been using it for a few weeks about every other day and def notice the difference. I'm in fairly good shape and trim but my abs are always an issue. I now see definition and am able to do better core workouts on building my core.

This product is easy to use, just charge and use. Love that they have different types of pulse and intensity... Best to start off low and work yourself up to a higher pulse... Highly recommend you do not use it for too longer than 30 minutes... I thought I was awesome and did 1 hour and I got a rash...

This thing is awesome, probably should have charged it but I couldn’t even wait lol, so ripped everything out the packaging and read the instructions and put it on. Easy to use and very strong. My leg muscles are huge due to me climbing up and down trailers hauling wood chips so this thing is toning them up more and it feels so good like a deep tissue massage… don’t take a second thought it worth purchase

I am amazed on how comfortable and effortless it feels to use this product. I am a very busy person so doing exercises is hard to fit in on a daily routine, so with that said I could do all my daily activities with this thing on and it makes me feel just like if I have done 100+ crunches in like 30 minutes. It is a definite most have. I love it

Took me a bit to figure out the belt. Doesn't stick the best, but the belt helps adhere it. Definitely felt it so it's thing. Felt accurate to being sore after a workout. Even broke a sweat walking with it on! Can't wait to continue using it!

I initially got this to help shape up some muscles. However, I soon threw my back out after purchasing it and used it as an electric stim machine to help those muscles. 20 minutes on my Mid/low back, another 20 on my hips, plus some stretching and after a few days I felt great.

Awesome product. Does just what it's supposed to for muscle toning. Easy to use. Surprisingly good for easing pain as well. Seller delivered on time and at a great price. Word to the wise... stock up on the pads if you intend to use this product daily.
