My wife ordered this because of all the five star ratings and all these people were right. This gives her back the support she needs and help alleviate a lot of her pain. And the lumbar insert works perfectly. For her this is the best back brace she has ever tried.

It provides noticeable support and compression, especially when standing or doing more physical tasks. The adjustable straps make it easy to get a snug fit, and it feels secure once it’s on. It’s also fairly comfortable for longer wear, thanks to the breathable material, which helps keep it from feeling too restrictive. That said, it can feel a bit bulky under clothes depending on what you’re wearing, and it takes a little adjustment to get the fit just right.

Previously, I bought the Futuro brand around six or so times over the course of many years. It was more expensive and far worse in quality. Even though it offered back support, the front and sides would bunch up and fold in on itself. Sort of like wearing a rope belt around the front and sides. Also, the velcro straps didn't want to stay perfectly fastened so the sides would curl up and my left forearm would get scraped on them. It looked like a cat with sharp murder claws raked my arm around a dozen times. I finally got sick of it, so I looked at all the other brands. This Featol one looked good. And sure enough, it was. It offers a lot of support in the front and sides. I wish that I had bought this brand ages ago. Then I would have had better support, less problems, and would have spent less. If you are a male, I definitely would order the 2-XL or larger. Don't order the Large/X-Large. Why? Well I'm a thin guy. If I measure my waist at the navel, it is 36". A Large/X-Large was barely functional, but the 2-XL was perfect. Most guys, if they measure at the navel where the belly button is instead of their pants size or where their belt goes, are going to be 36" or bigger. Even if you were smaller than me like a 34" at the navel, I still recommend the 2-XL.
