Post vasectomy is your friend.. I bought the boxer and ice pack kit originally but wanted an extra set of ice packs. These ice packs were better quality then packs i received in the “kit”

The ice pack worked well until it broke. It broke open at the top, bottom and side. I had a vasectomy on Thursday and worked well until the gel started coming out on day three. It has only been one ice pack so far. We are hoping it doesn’t happen to the other one.

these stay coldish for about 40 minutes. if you put a bag of peas or an ice pack on one side, they'll stay cold indefinitely.they're comfortable because they stay flexible when frozen. since they don't "freeze solid", they can conform to the shape of the body.

I have given them two chances now. First I bought one set of underwear with the ice packs, and they all broke within 3 weeks.Now I just bought three sets of more ice packs, so 6 total. 2 of them have started leaking within the first day of usage. I doubt that the others will last very long.I am putting them in the freezer on coldest setting for 5+ hours before using. This product is a waste of money

Helps when you've had testicular surgery or in the general area. Just do it, less bulky than ice packs and fit great in underwear that are designed for these. Lots of options for those types of underwear, but these are great just sliding in and out of the pouch, low profile so no one needs to know you're icing your nuts while wearing them.

I like these icepacks, they serve their purpose well. They are moldable when frozen, making for a proper and custom fit.The trouble I ran into is that one arrived ripped. Thus I only have half a product and a mess to clean up. Otherwise, it would be a 5-star
