If I forgot to clean filter then my motor still fill the tank?

This rainflow disc filter working fine but if the particles settle down in the pores then the pressure of the water flow decreases and eventually clogs and the motor may be repaired.. and in my area heavy dirt water running gvmc water supply those TDS is around 260ppm but due this filter have to clean once for 2 days..
