We use this frequently in commercial situations to eliminate mold and mildew. It works really well and smells nice. It is user friendly and it is not harsh. I highly recommend this for commercial and home use.

As a mobile MT, this is the Best cleaner I use on all my equipment. Cleans and degrees oil stains. Doesn't burn away the skin on my hands like other harsher cleaners, ie. Chemical burns. I get a gallon and it last me over 6 months. Great value

The perfect product for home mold removal. No odor, easy clean up. Product comes ready to use. Just order a pump sprayer on in my case an electrical spray and get to work. You'll watch the mold melt away as you spray the product on the wall. Mop up the excess and sit a fan on the wall to dry it out before repainting or installing new dry wall. And your good as new. It's been more than 90 days and no reoccurance has occured.

not the best smelling smalls like a hospital kinda , its cleaning power seems ok not the bestest but glad its chemical free and feel safe to use it anywhere in the home

Is a great product. Mold specialist told me this kills mold spurs. It also cleans bad odors, had a cat jump in one of my trucks that had a window open and it dissolved the cat urine smell after a few times spraying.

Great for stopping mold from developing in my windows airconditioners. Plus we use it to clean around our pet messes.

I purchased the Benefect Botanical Decon 30 Disinfectant 1 month ago for our portable air conditioner to mitigate traces of mold on the interior propellers and air intake to support my monthly maintenance. I found through research that this disinfectant is safe to use- no synthetic chemicals or harsh smells. I sprayed the inside of the unit through the vents slowly rotating the propellers to ensure complete coverage. I also sprayed the inside casement being careful not to spray wires or connections. I let it sit to dry for several hours then inspect the inside with my led flashlight to ensure all mold was remediated. I was impressed- all the black mold was gone leaving the unit with a clean lemony smell. The lemon smell dissipates after 1 hour of use. I have since added this product to my monthly maintenance regimen. Note: Please read instructions and warnings before handling. Expensive for us in the UK as it's imported but it's worth it. Especially good on mould on porous items you wouldn't want to use harsh chemicals on such as gym equipment, shoes etc. the mould just shrivels up and dies. It does have a strong smell of thyme but I don't mind it and it fades after a while. Lots of uses - very versatile.
