Q: Will this fit a Dillon Square Deal?

Q: Will this fit a Redding T7?

This will not work on a rotating turret head type press of any manufacture. The Hornady press has the cases rotate around the stationary dies that are screwed into the press head. Rotating turrent head press are the opposite to where the head with the dies rotates that doesn't allow the mounting of any LED strips or lights on the rotating head or they will get crushed or prevent the head from even rotating at all. You could simply trim off the top circular part and mount the long strip going up the vertical part of the T7 press only. The would give you some light coming into the loading area from 90 degrees. But it wouldn't give you any light pointed downward inside the case. There might be enough light to bleed inside the case. I just don't know without having a T7 handy to try it on. Hope this helps.

Yes, the adapter is rated for up to 240VAC
