Very adaptable light
Works like I thought. Clip and solder, add the bolts and youโre good. Iโm using it for a third brake light on an antique VW.

work at any length
I love this thing, it works with any length to the same 12v battery.

Great light, works on 12v
Draws a small amount of power for the whole string, about 15w or so. The LEDs are nice and dense giving it the look of being a solid bar instead of a string of individual LEDs

It really works great and bright. And provides daytime reflectivity
Really bright at night and highly reflective during the day on my gate easy to install works great.

NO ADHESIVE - Returning now.
Light seemed nice and I was looking forward to installing them but the adhesive on EVERY roll I ordered (4) was backwards. Tape peels off fine but the sticky side is what peeled off. The light had NO adhesive backing and therefore no way to be installed. Returning now.

Just what my project called for...
Purchase for use as third brake light element replacement. Instead of paying an outlandish amount for a replacement bulb strip for my 2006 Jaguar VDP I replaced with a section of this red LED strip. Worked just fine in the fixed positive system of the Jag. Is actually brighter that bulbs replaced with an even red hue across all elements.
