Took a very long time to get this couch... Amazon and Ashley mixed up the delivery, brought the wrong item and took weeks to get the right one. When they brought it to the house they wouldn't bring it past my front door hallway. I was lucky I had someone to help unbox it at the time... or it would've taken up the hallway and blocked my front door...It's a very big box so if you can have someone there to help unbox it, I definitely would. Set up wasn't bad. It's very comfy and nice looking. Does what it's supposed to. No damage to the item and we are happy with it especially for the price range.

Very pleased with this purchase. It was a couple of hundred dollars cheaper on Amazon than buying direct from Astley and you get the ease of using your Amazon account. The sofa itself feels very nice quality, it's not real leather but feels like it will be hard wearing. Assembly was not easy on my own, but I got it done. With two people it would be a breeze. All you have to do is connect some wires and connect the backs of the two chairs. Took me about 45 minutes, but with two people it would have been 15 minutes or less. It's very comfortable, and reclines smoothly. The seat and back support are very well padded, I would say not too soft or not too firm, just right The lights (which I don't use) are bright blue - I might use them if they could be dimmed and color changed. I am impressed with the built in speakers - I wasn't expecting them to be any good but they connect to my phone and stream my music without issue. The volume is pretty loud and has a nice tone. The color of the sofa is described as grey, but it's more of a brown/grey, which is fine as it matches my two reclining chairs that I bought from another online retailer a few years back but I can no longer find the same brand. These color match really well and the design is similar so the go together quite well. Overall I am delighted with the quality and comfort of this reclining sofa/seat. The only issue I had was with the delivery guys. The would only bring it to the door and not 6ft further and drop it inside, so I had to get a neighbor to help me get it inside. They even delivered it upside down. making the job even harder for me.

We bought two of these Ashley power reclining sofas for our small home theater over a year ago. They get a workout daily and have performed flawlessly. They really are designed and built well mechanically and electronically without cutting corners. I’m an engineer and I don’t get impressed easily. I love that each of the three seat backs can be easily released and removed from the base making it much easier for two strong people to move it - in our case up the stairs and when I later added an elevated base for the rear sofa. The two slotted Qi wireless phone chargers in each sofa’s armrests work great without overheating the smartphones like the one in our car always does. The phone charger slot liner lifts out for easy cleaning - I wish our car had that feature. Lastly, each armrest opens up to reveal a deep storage compartment. It’s a good place to stow those gaming and TV remotes. When the center seat isn’t occupied, its seat back easily converts to a flip-down flat “table” with two good sized cup holders. The center headrest lifts up to reveal two built-in, down-facing LED lamps each with its own touch-sensitive control that cycles between low, high, and off. The left and right seat positions are push button controlled recliners that can be set to nearly any angle - all the way to flat if you’re so inclined (ha-ha!). The headrest is also push button controlled and I use it to help lift my head up and forward with the seat nearly fully reclined. It makes for a weirdly comfortable position to watch the big game and to easily doze off if it turns into a blowout. Lastly, the seats are slightly firm but not overly so. The faux leather surfaces clean up easily and seem durable enough. The sides aren’t as durable and wont take the same level of abuse as the seats so keep the rug rats’ sharp toys away. All in all, these sofas are certainly expensive, but in this case, you really do get what you pay for.

Firstly, I love the couch. It has lots of storage and cupholders unless you want to fit a 3rd person. But let's be honest, you're buying this couch for 1-2 people to sit in it. It reclines pretty far back and the adjustable headrest allows you to really get comfortable. I don't plan on using the lights under the headrest so much but I like that it has 2 outlets and USBs. Now, into the bad. The shipper gave me the biggest headache. When you buy the product, you set up a time for them to deliver inside the house. I had set it for the afternoon. They call me THE DAY BEFORE that they are coming in the morning and I had no say in it. Then, the driver explained to me that the app they have is supposed to automatically call me when they are 30 minutes away. I never got to call, so I didn't get a chance to leave work 15 minutes away to open the door for them. For almost 4 hours I had no idea what was going on until the driver finally called me. He explained everything and came back after his last delivery and did sit the couch inside. Do NOT expect them to unbox and set it up for you which I had a feeling they wouldn't. I spent the whole day at work stressed out because of XPO's messy system. I'm only leaving a 1 star review in hopes the seller will set things straight for future customers.

The sofa is nice and fairly comfortable, it was very firm for a few days but where I sit has sank drastically and although I’m on the heavier side (250) for the price this shouldn’t have sunk so quickly. I’m disappointed that such “quality” furniture seems so cheap. Everything else works great and looks great but I fear within a year I’ll have to replace it if it keeps sagging I may fall through it.
