** UPDATE**I noticed on day one there was one very small spot/scratch upon arrival. I tried to polish and clean it but did not come out. Could have been a defect, so had to deduct one star. The light always seems to hit it just right with that polished finished and it looks great, always catches my eye.Got this as a replacement for my original wedding band that became too tight after 9 years and metals like these can’t be resized. Tungsten is great for its incredible scratch resistance. It’s the hardest metal out there but will shatter under pressure rather than bend or damage your finger in an accident. I tried other Tungsten rings first with a brushed finish but that can part can scratch. If it’s the plain polished finished then it the shine should last forever and hold up to scratches for years. Great value here for the price.

I don't think words can relay my gratitude to this company and to it's product! I say that because my partner of 8 years and I finally tied the knot on 10/25/2019. I had taken our ring sizes and even compared them to the promise rings we both wore for that entire time that we've been together. I ordered 2 of the King Will Tungsten Carbide rings after researching rings for 8 weeks and comparing quality, price, customer satisfaction, et al. I knew I couldn't go wrong with this product after the constant high reviews about the quality of the product. Sooooo, I pulled the trigger and ordered the rings back in August without my fiance's knowledge. I wanted it to be a surprise for him to see the beautiful ring for the first time when my brother, who'd agreed to be ring bearer, presented them to us for placing with our vows. The issue...... on the BIG day.... he loved the ring but it didn't fit right.... it was too big. I couldn't believe it. My heart dropped. It was so weird because my fit nicely but his just didn't even though I'd taken careful measurement months in advance and even compared to his promise ring. I immediately (well, the day after our BIG day) turned to King Will via email since the return/exchange deadline with Amazon had passed. I was so afraid there was nothing that could be done except purchase another ring. I was relieved when, Heather, a rep with King Will immediately replied to my email (same day) and jumped at the opportunity to make our special day a good memory and not one ruined because of the ring not fitting. She offered us a discount on the purchase of another smaller sized ring and even sent us the tracking number of the ring once shipped so that there would be no hiccups between ordering, shipping, and delivery. I thought that would be the end of it all.... new ring... that fit, and still great quality! But..... yep, it happened again.I got the new ring a size smaller but it was still 1/2 a size too big. So, what do I do?....I turned to Heather again at King Will and, lo and behold, not even a day passed and she replied to send the ring back. She sent me another discount code to place the new order and, once again, once ordered she made sure the tracking code was delivered to my email so no hiccups between purchase and delivery. So, after the 3rd ring (for my, now hubby, had arrived first week of Nov since originally ordering our rings in Aug) this was fit like a charm. Finally, we can both be content with our wedding bands - beautiful, comfortable fit, scratch resistant and just the right weight to feel it on the finger but not with a heaviness that annoying like some band....This was such an awesome opportunity that could have gone so terribly wrong but, thanks to King Will's awesome customer service team who would stop at nothing short of seeing our happiness in this experience prevail, I have come to the conclusion that I will forever speak King Will's praises and recommend my friends and family purchase from this company. They may be small but they still know the importance of customer service above profit, and I greatly appreciate and will forever remember how awesome they (Heather and the reset of the King Will team) were in at the most memorable moment. It just came today but initial impressions are great...I got the ‘plain’ with beveled edges and no brushwork on the ring. It’s perfectly smooth and shiny and the beveled edges catch the light and provide a nice contrast to the flat face. I read one review where the reviewer claimed it was dull and not smooth...well mine is smooth as glass inside and out.Reviews sometimes mention that tungsten carbide is darker than in photos, having a bit of gray hue. I’ve attached a couple photos of it next to my 100% shiny stainless steel ring. They are very close. Tungsten has a bit of a deeper shine which I feel gives it just a touch more color than stainless. I don’t wear those rings on the same finger of course or even next to each other but they’re so close anyway. Well if it bothers you then buy a ring with some brushed or matte on and some plain shine instead..remember mine is 100% plain and shiny and it still is a strain to notice a difference between the metals.The flat face looks more modern when compared to traditional rounded wedding bands. The flat face itself catches way more light than I expected. The photos can’t do it justice, you need to wear it and move around for that nice surprise..it’s truely my favorite part.It’s a great solid feeling weight too.FYI the comfort band makes it snug. Not tight, snug. If you want your ‘normal’ fit then order a half size up. I like it snug because I don’t like any of my rings being so loose that they force my fingers to spread apart, however if while trying it on it looks like my blood is constricted then I’ll swap up that half size..So far my ring finger is the same color as the rest :) and I can hardly feel it when it’s on.

As this is my first experience with Tungsten rings, I have had to do some research and testing. Thank goodness for Amazon's return policy as well as their product reviews. I opted to avoid the jeweler as they quoted me hundreds of dollars for a ring. While they explained there are differences in the metals and their's was a good value, I was not convinced it was a good purchase at all. Enter Amazon and the King Will line of rings. I started with the 8mm ring in sizes 9.5 and 10. While the 9.5 fit well, at 8mm it was just to wide for my taste. I received my third order today, King Will's 6mm, basic men's ring, size 9.5, and LOVE IT. It is basic as advertised, which is exactly what I wanted as my more expensive wedding band tends to take a beating. I can't speak for durability at this point, but being Tungsten I imagine it will be fine. It is very comfortable, more so than my expensive diamond band. So far, I am very satisfied and thankful I didn't spend the hundreds for those offered at the jeweler.

Beautiful ring! Great quality and much nicer than expected. My husband receives many compliments on his wedding band!
