Exactly what I was looking for! The belt has a padded sleeve, so it's very comfortable. The cord is covered & has some give. I was surprised by how the resistance increases the workout. Also, since there's no turning at the end of the lane, you can swim without stopping. I use this at home and swim laps at a wellness center. It was fun to see how much this improved my time!

This belt is genius! Works great, hooked up to the top of my fence and I was off. It is difficult to breathe since the belt is around your waist, feels like it’s pulling you down at times, but all in all it makes for a good workout.

Overall this is a good purchase. How i would recommend how to use it. I hook it above the stomach... Hook it up on something outside the pool, I hooked it on my rail. I have 2 types of noodle floats, 1. regular noodle you fine at dollar tree or local store. 2. I have 2 foam type noodles, my favorite. 1st exercise: on stomach, I put noodle under chest & arm pits swim with arms, legs or both (me without noodle under chest I get alot of water in mouth which is aggravating being held) 2nd exercise: noodle under back & arm pits;; kick with arms & legs , legs only or arms only (put noodle under ankles also). This can be a great workout if you had shoulder surgery (like I did), knees surgery and/or very over weight (not me). These exercises will be easy on people with bad ankles and knees, talk with doctor 1st (my opinion) If you are over 40 inches around you may need a belt because my chest is 38 inches and I have a few inches or so.

This is one of the best purchases I have ever made as far as exercising. It's amazing! You will have lots of fun swimming in place and get great exercise for your core! All you do is tie in to something sturdy and then buckle the belt around your waist and swim in place. Great great exercise!

Works well and the bungee is not much elastic, providing constant tension which can be varied based on how fast you swim. I was worried the bungee would get in the way of the kicks but no issues at all. The belt is surprisingly comfortable and secure.

I used this in my above ground pool to get ‘laps’ in instead of commuting to the local gym and hoping a lane was open. It worked perfectly and it’s steady/well made. The only suggestion I have is to make sure you have a leg buoy otherwise it pulls you down. It’s a great workout and easy to use if you travel and have a pool in your hotel.just need an anchor point. Great product!

Wir nutzten den Schwimmgurt in unserem Pool, da wir keine Gegenstromanlage besitzen. "Gummiband" einfach am Rand befestigen, den Gurt umlegen und los geht's. Funktioniert! Einziges Manko: Die Plastikschnalle ist leider nach kurzer Zeit gebrochen, sodass wir diese ersetzen mussten.

Excellent quality and so easy to put together. The neoprene belt is comfortable to wear and the strap provides excellent resistance for swimming laps. Absolutely transformed the ability to swim laps in our pool. Highly recommend the Hikeen Swimming training belt.
