Drill is a described. There does appear to be a knack for tightening the drill bit. Other buyers have seemed to had similar luck on any small drill like this. My partner has to be available to get the drill bit secured, but other than this great product

This didn't work at all. The motor would run - but the drill bit wouldn't turn - it was just stuck... I tried ordering another one - and that one the drill bit wouldn't stay tight - I constantly have to re-tighten it. :-(
