Why do some Spanish deck have 40 cards and others 50? Which deck is used to play Bastos?

Spanish decks usually have 40 or the extended 48. I dont think I've seen 50. I'm not sure what game Bastos is but in case it's the same as Conquian then it would be the 40 deck.

I already order once and got a red pack is there anyway I could get a blue pack this time?
