Nordic Ware Anniversary Bundt 6 Cup, Gold

This makes the cutest cake. I used half of a homemade pound cake recipe. As you can see from the picture, there was no sticking and the cake released smoothly. I use homemade “cake goop” which I make up ahead of time using equal parts shortening, vegetable oil, and all purpose flour. I apply it with a pastry brush so it gets in all the cracks and grooves. This pan has a smooth interior and is a nice weight. Nordic Ware is my favorite brand for baking pans, particularly Bundt cake pans. I have several sizes and styles and hope to add more. They are definitely worth the price. I have another pan that uses half a recipe so I baked them at the same time. These are a great size for gift giving or families. It’s a good size for freezing if you use half the batter for a cake now and another later.

This is the perfect size for bunt cake. Perfect for French Yogurt Cake. Cake comes out clean every time. No heavy scrubbing needed. Besides being functional, it's beautiful.

I thinking to cancel my order cause take too long, but when I got it . The size the weight and the way it makes look good.I love it. I going to keep it. I’m not using yet while update when I used it.

I have 4 of these. Use them ALL of the time. two pans hold one cake recipe. I am always getting compliments on my "tiny" bundt cakes. They make such a cute bundt cake. I also freeze my cakes - and two small cakes fit in the freezer so much better than one large cake. Very easy to rearrange things in the freezer around two of these.

I have some older bundt pans that have been in the family for decades but the size is just too large unless cooking for a crowd. This is perfect for a smaller family and has worked well with halving some of the recipes with experimenting with baking times adjusted down a bit. Sturdy, bakes evenly and cake removes easily if you lightly grease and flour the pan. My older pans don’t have the nonstick surface but I don’t really notice a difference. Also works great as a gelatin mold. I really appreciate that this is one of the pieces still made in the US and nice and substantial. I have bought some of the Nordic Ware pans not made in the US and they are, disappointedly, thinner than the US made ones I own.

This pan just arrived today, and I look forward to trying it out. My one complaint is there are no cookbooks with recipes for these 6-cup Bundt pans. I don’t want to have to look every recipe up online, and the one on the wrapper isn’t enough. I own several of the Nordic Ware pans this size, and they make beautiful little cakes that are perfect for a small group. I’d buy more of them, as well as the mini Bundt pans for multiple little cakes if someone would just publish a cookbook, or include them in a regular Bundt cake cookbook.
