Great little AP.
I've used a couple of these (so far) in my house, managed by an ER707-M2, and they're working nicely. 5GHz signals aren't great through multiple walls, so multiple access points are required if you're planning to cover an entire building with strong WiFi. They were picked up by my router instantly however, easy to configure, and speeds/stability have been just fine. TP-Link sometimes get a bad press but I've not had any issues in the months they've been running. Up close I can get 550MBps which is about as good as it gets for 5GHz AX WiFi, and a few rooms over I'm averaging around 200MBps which again, is to be expected. At the price / performance point these offer, they make a great addition to a home or small business WiFi setup, and can easily be expanded on with more of the same AP being placed elsewhere.

At last, a solid internet connection down in my garden office!
Like an muggle in thrall to a wizard, I stand agog at this technology. The white circle of connectivity and its luminous blue halo is mounted on my garden office wall, a shrine to the glory of the Internet gods. For so long I was mired in grindingly slow browsing, with frequent periods of intermittent reception at the altar of the false god Powerline Networking. But now with a fixed ethernet cable from the main house router affixed to this amulet, I have seen the light, and the light is a blindingly fast, rock-solid, constant connection. All hail the great god EAP610! (To be fair, its name could be more poetic.)Btw, I hired an electrician to install this for me, so I have no idea how easy it was. I seem to remember he struggled slightly with configuring it.

Incredibly Reliable
I bought this as an upgrade from my Virgin Hub 5's built-in access point and since I set it up, it's been working flawlessly. Not a single device has had connection issues (unlike virgin's provided hub 5), range has improved and speed has also been improved.I even recommended it and installed one for someone else and they use a virgin hub 3 (most common) and it also has worked flawlessly for them and even worked as a way to boost their WiFi signal across the house.Just remember if your installing one of these to give it a static IP (DHCP Reservation in virgin hub 3+) so you can manage it.

Works really well
This works incredibly well. Was fairly easy to set up BUT it is not in any way wireless it requires an ethernet cable and when its plugged in the cord is short so, for example,.you cant place it further than half way ish up the wall if your.plugs are in normal placesSome of the images and adverts have it on the cieling- unless you are rewiring it it, this is not possibleIt does work well though and, touch wood, has provided me strong signal- just as good as the main WiFi in the houseIve been running a tv, laptop and phone off it at points and its been absolutely fineI think overall a good solid 4 stars is my honest opinion based on the wire situation reallyIt isnt ugly and is a nice size so isnt that noticeable once up..its quite sleek. It is reliableIt is funcionalIt does its jobIts a good productThanks

Great item bought to extend my WiFi to my garage which is 20 mtrs from house works great 5*

Not Impressed
Doesn’t come with a Ethernet cable, so is useless until you get one! The instructions tell you how to put it on the celling but not how to configure it or anything else. Its pretty much a doorstop right now.

Tp-Link EAP610
Sicuramente consigliato.
