Big Tape Measure Toy Measuring Tape

I purchased the Battat Toy Measuring Tape for my 4-year-old son, and it has been a fantastic addition to his toy collection. He's always curious about how things work and loves to imitate his dad while fixing things around the house, and this toy has really captivated his interest. The measuring tape is perfectly sized for little hands, with an easy-hold handle that makes it simple for him to carry and use. The working reel is a great feature, as it actually extends and retracts just like a real measuring tape. This realistic function has not only provided endless fun but has also sparked my son's interest in measuring everything around the house, from furniture to his own toys, which is adorable to watch. What impresses me the most is the build quality of the Battat Toy Measuring Tape. It's durable enough to withstand rough play, which is essential at this age. The materials are sturdy, and the design is both child-friendly and safe, with no sharp edges or small parts to worry about. Educationally, it's an excellent tool for teaching basic math skills like measurement, and it encourages fine motor skill development as he learns to extend and retract the tape accurately. It also promotes imaginative play, as he incorporates it into various play scenarios, pretending to be a builder or handyman. Overall, the Battat Toy Measuring Tape has been a hit with my son, providing both educational value and fun. It's a toy that keeps him engaged and learning through play, making it a perfect gift for young children who are naturally curious and enjoy exploring how things work. I highly recommend it for any parent looking to inspire creativity and learning in their child's playtime. Five stars all the way!

I got my 4 year grandchild a tool box for Christmas. She was fascinated by her dad's tape measure and I wanted to add one to her toolbox. I considered a regular metal one until an older grandchild reminded me how she cut her finger on one when she was little. I took this tape measure out of the box when it arrived and played with it to make sure it was safe and fun to play with. I love this toy! It's bigger than your average tape measure and the crank retractation makes it safe for preschoolers- it can't snap back on them. The tape measure part is made out of a plastic coated material so it can't cut them. It makes a cranking sound which other reviewers said was noisy. Kids love noise and I felt like it added to the toy's appeal. It didn't bother me at all.

Great gift! Very sturdy! Great price! Bought for my grandchildren but I even use it myself sometimes! The red and yellow are excellent color choices! My grands love measuring everything! Keeps them entertained for long periods! One of the best purchases Ive made. No chance of them getting hurt since it’s not made of metal!

We love Battat toys, and the quality is excellent. The tape is indestructible and my toddler is obsessed with it. However, it’s HUGE. Partially my fault for not reading dimensions, but it’s not “pretend tool box” size. It’s roughly the size of like a steno pad or so. I like that it doesn’t snap in and manually clicks. The color is fun, and it’s a GREAT non electronic gift. The measurements are actually accurate and could be used for real math practice

This thing is so fun and high quality. I have boys and they were so excited to be like their dad. The tape is soft and reels in slow so it’s safe for little guys and I would say it was worth the money!

My 2.5 year old daughter is actually OBSESSED with her “meash”. She measures our dogs the tables our feet anything you can think of. It’s a great size so it’s easy for her to use. It’s durable. She hasn’t managed to break it yet. Definitely suggest for a kid who likes to be busy with their hands!

Bought this as a gift. They loved it very functional and cute. The only downside is the sound when you wind it up slightly loud...but the kids have so much fun I don't mind so much.

My son LOVES this toy. It’s the perfect functional, safe tape measurer. He’s played with it consistently since age 2 to now 4. Recently he’s been using it as a tow strap for his bike to tow things with.

Nice and big, you can see compared to my average sized women hand. It's 64 inches long. Pretty loud when winding it back up but not overly annoying. The crank shows different pictures of tools. Very easy to use, my 2.5 year old figured it out very quickly. It is functional to start learning basic math skills and it seems like goof quality.
