This is a lovely product. It give a nice matte finish to skin.

This actually works for oily open pores skin, and kept my make up going lot longer on my face.

I really like using primers to get a decent base before applying make up. Sometimes it’s also nice just to wear as a light covering to help minimise my pores. This all in one primer soaks in within a few minutes, leaving a pretty lightweight feel which I liked. I do have oily skin and this product didn’t seem to make it any worse and I do think it helped to provide a lasting base for my make up. It is definitely on a par with other primers on the market. Overall it’s a clever all in one primer that’s also a moisturiser. It is only a small tube at 30ml but it also means it is handy to carry around or for use when travelling.

I had not heard of this brand before but I found out that it is an Irish brand created by make up artist Aimee Connolly and there are some rave reviews of the products and having tried this I can see why. The product has a rich consistency which, if I am honest, I wasn’t super impressed with as when I first applied it as it felt like sunscreen, however it seemed to melt into my skin and that feeling went. Obviously it has sun protection and sometimes products that have that element can feel slightly heavier anyhow. If you have dry skin that is prone to flaking and you need some uber drencing mousturiser to keep it looking decent, then this is not for you, I am afraid - I have ths type of skin and no matter how much I experimented witg make up and mousturisers, this primer just ended up sitting on top of my poers and accentuating the fact that I have a tonne of foundation on top of my skin. So, did not wor for me, unfortunately.

The first thing you notice about this is the Gorgeous smell. Its perfectly matting, and I really do have a greasy T zone. After application I left my skin for 2 minutes before applying foundation. This has to be one of the best primers I've ever used. It really does work !! So far I'm really impressed with this brand, and it's nice to see something that does what it says without costing the earth. Fully recommended.

Good quality primer, perfect for oily skin. It has really nice consistency that easily absorbs and looks very natural on the skin. Really well preparing skin for makeup and thanks to it makeup looks more even and last for whole day. It helps control oiliness of the skin especially in T zone area. Contains some skincare ingredients like hyaluronic acid, salicylic acid or niacinamide that with time will make skin looks brighter and well hydrate. It is quite expensive and only 30ml but it will last long time as you need only tiny amount to cover your face.

This is my first time using this brand and I'm pleasantly surprised. It works well on oily skin BUT you really have to give time for your skin to absorb it before you apply your makeup otherwise it's pretty much useless. Really lovely and light texture and the pump works really well. I also love the pink and gold exterior, makes it look and feel a bit luxe, perhaps contributing to the higher price point. I find that this primer isn't great if you're not using foundation. I have other primers that I use without makeup, just to control oil, give a smoother finish and minimise pores. I don't feel that this primer does this when using it on its own, but it is good when used with makeup.
