Don't Buy anything from prestige. They are just selling products. I purchased this product on 31st July and it's both thermostat stops working. I submitted this product to authorise service centre nagpur and they said it will take 7 days to replace it. It's going to be amonth and they are still saying it will take more 7 days. I tried to complaint this matter to coustomer care no provided by Amazon. When you call that number, you'll get another number. When I call them. They give me mumbai office number...from Mumbai office I got pune office no. From them I got same service centre no and when I tried to complaint they just ended call. It's so frustrating. When prestige don't have service they should not sell products. I value my time and i purchased another kettle of different brand and ended up leaving my kettle to service centre. Guys be aware, value your time.

The size is big. Packing was excellent. Build quality of the pot is average, while that of the accessories is good. The base is not sturdy and has loose connection. You have to move the pot around to find a place where it works. Since the pot is large, holding it with the handle when filled might cause the handle to break. Should have had a handle on the opposite side as well. Would have improved the handling. Heating is as expected. The temperature control knob does have a small mark but us not visible enough. Needs a bright white mark. Worth a buy. No other product has such a combination of such accessories.

Good product. Idlis prepared with this are so small. It is made of stainless steel. So easy to clean and maintain.
