Do anyone think these would look good on a 2001 Xj with a blue park coat color?

Yes. I have a 2001 xj with the steel blue pearl coat option and I love how the clear markers look. I’d also recommend replacing the bulbs underneath with a white led thought cause the og amber glow ruins it at night.

Are these stamped DOT for use in states that require inspection?

Don't believe so. Throw in led amber bulbs, and the appropriate relay. It's a 20+ y/o vehicle, if your state inspection is that tough, you should move.

Are screws included ?

No, and you shouldn’t need any unless you’re already missing the screws holding your headlights in

Does water leak in them over time?

I’ve had them for a little over a year now and no moisture whatsoever. Just make sure the gaskets on your bulbs themselves are in good shape.
