Mixed 1/3 product with 2/3 water applied with battery operated sprayer. Scent is pleasing and dissipates as it dries. I intend to apply a light spray on a weekly basis. Pretty satisfied with the rusults. In the past I used vinegar and a baking soda mixture. The results were minimal.

This stuff works!!! I have 4 cats and a dog (a lot of animals I know) and I HATE my house smelling like animal. I’ve tried every pet mop cleaner and upholstery cleaner there is and none of them actually get the smell out (in my opinion). BUT when I saw this stuff works as a floor cleaner, spot cleaner and it can go in my carpet cleaner machine I knew I had to try it. And what do you know this stuff works!!! The scent is good but it doesn’t last too long but when it fades away the animal smell is GONE…100/10!!

This is the best enzymatic cleaner I’ve found! My basement(where cat boxes are) flooded while on vacation and needless to say I had quite a mess on my hands! I got the cucumber melon scented and after the first go over the smell was completely gone! Highly recommend

I had a problem apartment with professional squatters in it for about 2.5 years. 2 dogs, 3 cats and an infant. Hoarding with all the behaviors. They did not clean the entire time. The apartment needs complete renovation. There is so much urine under the carpets and tiles. I am desperately trying to save subfloors and basically the foundation. I've used the standard bio enzyme you find at the stores. After 2 days the smell returns and the spots weep again, room resumes humidity. Waited weeks for the products to work and the same. Used peroxide, same. Everything was so expensive that this was my last attempt. I mixed this 50/50 in a sprayer and it might be what is going to work. It is far more aggressive. The smell of general human filth is neutralized. It seemed to immediately pull up gross stuff. It's impressive and the scent isn't too strong. Im desperate and will update in a week. Update: It works. Dried urine has crystals that are not water soluble and needs bio enzymes to dissolve fully so they can be cleaned. This seems to have done it. The cleaner is not heavily scented but it does work.

I have my sisters 2 dogs with dementia and they frequently get confused and will urinate in the house. I have high grade vinyl linoleum because I will always have pets, and this stuff stopped the odor. Someone came to visit the other and the first thing they said was your "house smells good" that's quite the compliment when you have 3 dogs and 3 cats!!

I have 4 cats and 5 litter boxes. One cat seems to have anxiety. So I had to move 2 litter boxes upstairs to the main living floor because even now after 8 months he still is too scared to set foot in the basement. He also stands when he pees instead of squatting down so I had to get a top entry litter box which thankfully, he uses. Before I was putting pee pads under his lower litter boxes and using an enzyme cleaner like this to clean up. Well all the other cats started ignoring their nice litter robot, and other automatic cleaning boxes in preference for this top entry one. I really don't get why. Now I have to scoop it every day or the anxious cat will pee at the front door. So in conclusion, I ran out of my enzyme cleaner and tried this one and it works extremely well at destroying cat urine. If he pees on the floor at the front door, I soak up the urine, spray this on it and let it dry overnight. this breaks down the urine and you can't smell cat pee at all. It dries in about 2 hours. The scent is kind of like a pine but reminds me of something else i can't quite think of.

We use a Separett Tiny composting toilet in our RV. It came with little blue pucks that got gummy and messy and always seemed to land just right to make a mess somewhere. This led me to look for alternatives and I came up with this product. We put it in a spray bottle and spritz the bowl after each use and it is a much more elegant solution and it actually seems to do what it says that it does. Reduced odor and enzymatic breakdown and cleaning. It's a game changer for me and I highly recommend it. I will be buying it again for sure.

I did not notice a big difference after using.
