Yes I'm not a MD/PhD or RD or any other person in a medical or science field. I have used these vitamins based on the recommendation from my Dad who did have an appropriate background. Anyway been using these for 10+ years or so, maybe longer. In summary good product and to the extent I'm aware suitable for the designed purpose, based on the normal requirements of a otherwise healthy person.

Centrum was always my choice of vitamin. I use to take the Centrum specialist! But sin e I can't find it anymore or anywhere. I try this one, I always on the go long hours of standing at work. The guy it give me the boost I needed, I can definitely recommend..
