## Description

This SST Aspen Compact has an added four-foot storage room ideal for cleaning supplies, grounds-keeping equipment, or other utility items. The solid split-face CMU block structure provides added strength and security for your building. This Romtec model comes with additional options to increase door security or add a roll-up door for larger items. The two waterless, unisex restrooms meet ADA requirements and come with ADA grab bars in the installation kit. All models come pre-engineered with Plan sets and installation instructions.
