Works Great!
I tried out the seat belt tether on my chocolate lab and it fit him perfectly and attached to my truck's backseat headrests with ease. It is also easy to move to my other car. Great safety for dog and driver
We used this on front headrests and hooked our small terrier to it with a shortened leash with added buckle as the strap provided was too long for the front. He rode safely hooked on with his "seatbelt" on a small bed positioned on the center console. Very safe--out of our laps and unable to jump around, and mostly stationary in case of a sudden stop or sharp turn. Our trip was about 3000 miles and we were really glad to have this safety system in place.

I feel so much safer bringing our dog places!
I got this because my dog kept stepping on the seat belt buckle button, thus unbuckling himself. I am a super crazy worrier dog mom so I never felt comfortable letting him have the window open enough to stick his head out for fear of him jumping or falling out (like his older brother... Thanks for that Duncan!). I also always worry that if we got in an accident or even just have to brake fast he will get hurt.This is perfect! It is secured around the back headrests so it is up where he can't accidentally unhook it. You can also just clip it to the back of the seat where you would secure a child's car seat. It's adjustable so we have it just right so he can stick his face out either window without fear of him being able to fall (or jump) out. It clips easily to his harness so he can have a safe and comfortable car ride. Now he can let his ears flap around in the wind without his mommy having a heart attack! 😁

My dog is safe, comfortable and still able to move around.
I had originally look at this item first, but decided against it because of the color. After the seat belt tether failed to met expectations, I bought this one. I really wish I had bought this from the beginning! I recently got a 3 yr old beagle from the shelter. She keeps moving in the back and is unable to find a spot to stay in. I have the complete hammock, but I wanted her to be safe for local and long distant rides. This allows her to move around, without her getting caught in the tether portion.

Highly recommend this product!
We have 2 Shih Tzu puppies who are afraid of riding in the car. We wanted to ensure they're safety and keep them calm. We purchased a Starling car seat cover enabling me to sit in the back them and they're harnessed in with the Motara seat belt tether. It worked out great! The puppies are much calmer laying down on the seat next to me and it makes our short rides a lot more enjoyable. We highly recommend this product to everyone who have pets. The seat belt tether is well made and durable; all the info about their product on Amazon is spot on. We love it!

Well made product with quality materials
Love this product. It is made with excellent materials that are better than others I have seen on the market. I love the bright color and the snaps are solid. I also like that you can take the lead off and use as a teether in the back of an SUV too. I tried this product in both my SUV and my sedan and it was able to reach around the head rests in both vehicles. I really like that this company includes stays which help to keep the flappy ends secure. I will update after I have used this product more. Overall, I think this is an excellent product so far.

Tether works great for my 50 pound dog. This is my first one I have ever used and I could not be happier with my purchase. I like that the company sends you an email to make you feel like you aren't a number and you have any questions they respond right away. Seems like a good product from a good company.

Above Expectations!
This item came sooner than expected and, I LOVE IT! This system is so much easier than having to measure your existing seat belt to ensure the dog portion will slide into the vehicle's portion. As long as you have backseat headrests, you are set! The quality/thickness is MUCH better than I expected as well. I recommend you save yourself some time and stop looking. Just order this item from this seller and you will be more than just satisfied!
