Does this fit the same filters as the v2?

Hi there- yes it does. The replacement filters that are sold by Sploofy will work with this new Pro version and the old V2

How do you know when to change the filter? Will it just stop working?

It will get tougher to exhale through. Pretty much when you get annoyed with it, it's time to change the filter.

Is there an attachment sold separately for mouthpiece for those who don’t want to mess up their makeup? Any ideas would be helpful. TY

You can try using a mouthpeace from Moose Labs. Not sure if it fits but is an idea.
