Is this soap anti bacterial?

The FDA has been investigating whether or not to ban all "anti-bacterial" soaps because it is such a deceptive product line. If you have household members with immuno disorders, try a bleach rinse. The only substitute for soap and water is soap and water with a bleach rinse.

I was hoping that if I used an organic soap I could re-use my dishwater to water my garden. Would that be advisable with this soap?
