Price is slightly High
This is good but I feel the price is a bit to expensive I wish they could reduce the price cause we don't have an emergency everytime and due to which I feel like the medicines inside become solid so idk if that's normal but ya. It does help whenever there is an emergency

Saved my bunny
This stuff is amazing! I did not need to actually syringe feed him this go around because I started him on it when I noticed the problem early and he likes it. I actually used the appetite stimulant in it for a few times. I didn’t actually know that making sure his teeth stayed short involved his back teeth too, not just his incisors!. I’d look at his nice short front ones and think all was well. Not so! His chest and neck kept looking wet and I thought it was the water bowl but he was actually drooling from discomfort. The vet gave him Metacam for pain and I had to feed him this a few times and day and only feed hay otherwise, preferably 1st cut. She had mentioned a specialist and surgery but I can’t afford that. This is working! He is eating hay and grinding his teeth pain free. The vet said pellets (more than a tiny amount like 2TBS) was bad for him. Also I’ve always given him rabbit safe vegetables and fruits in small amounts but those things make them not hungry enough for hay and that’s 80% of his diet. I’m not to fall for it when he runs up to me when I open the fridge. Instead I make sure he has high quality 1st cut hay at all time such as Small Pets Select, Oxbow or even Eaton brand and a small amount of pellets and hopefully he will grind down his teeth. She also said bananas can ferment in his stomach so outside of a little nibble 1-2 time per mo they are off limits. I don’t know why God made rabbits to have to eat hay but we have to convince them other than we brought them indoors and changed up their whole world. His sister has never experienced any issues like this. I’m so grateful for this emergency kit!!

Rabbits love the smell and taste, great in emergencies as well as a treat for our senior.
It is reassuring to have this kit handy. We are custodians of a 7 year old and have been able to help a few lost bunnies find forever homes and this critical care has been so helpful in getting tummy troubles resolved. They all love the taste of this food and it smells like fresh hay. The complete nutrition this contains in a powder form is impressive. Usually all I have to do is mix one packet of the food with 1 1/2 Tablespoons of water to make it into a paste and the buns devour it. If a rescue is more dehydrated I do the sachet with 3-4 tablespoons of water and add the electrolyte powder right in and they have all drank/ate the mix readily out of a bowl. Haven't had to syringe feed yet. I will always keep this on hand, because I never know when it may be needed. As my existing supply gets closer to expiration, it is a safe and healthy treat so no waste.

Better than Oxbow Critical Care? Perhaps!
My rabbit absolutely hates Oxbow Cirtical care, I had to force feed it to her at one point. She never had an interest in even sniffing it. She's able to take any medication with ease, but the Oxbow Critical Care is the only thing I would have to wrestle her to take it. Meanwhile, I took a few packets of Sherwood Critical Care out of the bag and she was going nuts for this! This is quite promising, I am assuming she will be able to take this when she is in a dire situation. She is very prone to G.I. stasis as she's diagnosed with megacolon, but so far she doesn't need critical care yet. It is quite expensive, but if it means my rabbit will be able to eat it willingly then it's worth the money.

She likes it, it seems to help
I have a very large elder bun and she enjoys this! I provide her some whenever I suspect her tummy could have any trouble and she eats it off a saucer on her own. I’m glad I can get a nice amount of it since my rabbit is so big and the fact the kit has everything it needs (including oral syringe) is fantastic. When you’re tired from dealing with stasis, it’s hard to ensure you acquire oral syringes. I only wish the syringe was easier to handle, as it feels kind of cheap and sometimes dispenses all at once.
