NoSalt Original Sodium-Free Salt Alternative, 11 oz

I will try to be as honest as possible because I depend on other people's reviews and feel I want to help the best I can: I have pre-hyper tension, which means I take a small dose of blood pressure meds daily, but that is enough to keep my readings as normal. But if I do not also watch what I eat, I will have High Blood Pressure in full. SALT seems to be the main thing that my Doctor warns me of, because I do not eat much of the other obvious things like FATS and GREASE and SUGARS. So I decided to give this a try. Not soon enough to see a difference on my readings, and I don't usually add much salt anyway because most foods are already salty enough. But I can make these comments. I find it taste pretty much like regular salt. BUT it is very fine making it easy to OVER Salt with NO SALT. It is also a tiny bit more powerful or "salty" than regular salt, so my warning is TAKE IT EASY until you figure out how much works for your taste buds. It does not require as many shakes of the shaker to get the desired results. Too much and it will taste salty. I Recommend. Good Luck.

This is a good alternative to using sodium when you want some salt-esque flavor with none of the sodium. It has a sweeter taste than traditional salt because it's made with potassium, so the sodium bite isn't there. Though, this does offer a good alternative flavor to enhance whatever you are making. I really like adding this to boiling water when making pasta, it really helps give it flavor and seems like it's actually sodium!I bought this online because I couldn't find any salternatives locally. It's a decent enough value per cost, but I do prefer to buy locally if I can help it.I would definitely buy this again if I can't find anything local!

All of the fake salts taste horrible until you get used to them. Even then they're never up to par. It's strong, so go very easy. Containment and shipping had no issues.

I buy on Amazon because it has become hard to get in my area. But make no mistake this is the best Salt free "salt'. Once you get used to it, tastes great and adds good flavor.

It has to be used sparingly as it can have a bitter taste if oversalted, but it is great when you need just a bit for the egs... etc. So far, so good.

It is the perfect salt substitute. It is pure potassium, which everybody needs, but most people do not get enough of. It also tastes great.

This tastes absolutely horrible. The after taste is very bad. Has a chemical taste. Maybe it’s me but this was awful. I tried it a couple times and hated it every time. Sad because I wanted to love this.

The container is all beat up.
