Can it withstand heat?** A: I keep mine in the car (driver's side) and I have not had any problems. I don't want to lug anything too heavy or bulky. But there is a cost to that - it was just too hard. This might be fine if you just need a little bit of extra cushion, but if you are looking for sciatica relief over a long period of time, I don't think this will do it. It is lightweight and it is going to fit in small seats.
