Since they offer a "subscription service", it would seem that they do deteriorate after a while. I wash mine with a gentle soap and let them dry overnight and mine have lasted more than two months now. If it's men's absolutely. If it's women's they should but maybe not as snug. I'm a 6 1/2 with fairly narrow feet and they fit perfect. **Q: What is the thickness of support pad?
