Is this safe to use if I wear contact lenses or have lash extensions?

Yes. Eye Love Lid & Lash Cleanser is safe for contact lens wearers and those with lash extensions. Simply apply to closed eyelids, wipe or air dry, and insert lenses after. No rinsing required.

What makes hypochlorous acid different from regular eye wipes or baby shampoo?

HOCl is a molecule your body already produces to fight bacteria naturally — making it uniquely gentle and effective. Unlike baby shampoo or wipes, it leaves no soapy residue, requires no rinsing, and won't disrupt your tear film.

Why is the bottle made of glass instead of plastic?

Hypochlorous acid is less stable in plastic over time, which reduces its potency. Our premium dark blue glass bottle protects the formula from UV light and maintains full strength for up to two years.

How often should I use it and when should I expect to see results?

Apply twice daily — morning and night — as part of your regular routine. Many users notice improvement in eye comfort within the first few weeks of consistent use. If you have any questions consult your physician.

Is this product safe for children and older adults?

Yes. The formula is preservative-free, fragrance-free, and alcohol-free, making it gentle enough for all ages with consistent daily use. Always keep out of reach of young children and supervise use.
