Q: Is this flour ready to cook with or should I soak the flour before cooking to remove bitterness?

I didn't even know you could soak flour... but; I used this to make (gluten free) banana bread without soaking it, and it turned out great, no weird after taste or bitterness, but then again, if there was, then the bananas, cinnamon, coconut sugar and vanilla totally disguised it - cos no one could tell it was made with chickpea flour.... also, i've mixed it with quinoa flour a few times, to make pancakes and there was no bitterness. at least not for me :-)
