Wonderful laptop for all around use as a home business, personal use and college student - highly recommend getting one with 16GB of Ram and 512GB of harddrive! Be careful with drinks around keyboard - it doesn't do well if you spill liquid on the keyboard (but not the fault of the laptop)

Beware - this is an not an "excellent" refurbishment. I had to return because the keyboard barely worked. There were approximately 8 keys that actually worked when you typed normally. The rest you had to press down on extremely hard to get them to actually type the letter. I couldn't even get all the way through setup without calling customer support. On top of that, the physical condition was surely not excellent. Lots of dings and dents.

Really great laptop, fast boot up, great for everyday use. Good battery life and it’s almost featherweight

Everything about this listing is misleading.First, this device came with Windows 10, not Windows 11.Second, while I understand that this is reconditioned, the received device still had screen/lid protectors on, food stains on the keyboard, and scratches to the chassis.Third, the keyboard keys are heavily worn, and the T key is functionally unusable. It sticks, and typically does not acknowledge key presses. This alone should have disqualified the device from "Reconditioned - Excellent".Fourth, the quoted battery time is for the product is from when it was new. I promise you will not get the stated battery life because this is a heavily used product, so the battery life will not be anywhere near as good.Whomever is doing the reconditioning isn't even going through the motions of actually checking the device. Testing, cleanup and reconditioning are not being done at all on these devices, so it is only in as good a condition as the previous owner left it.This is a risky purchase and should be treated like an auction purchase from someone with no feedback. Sure, you could get a fully functional product in very good shape for a great price, but you could also get a trashed, non-functioning item or anything in between...the quality control is that poor.I honestly don't know how or why Amazon puts their name to this kind of "refurbished" product.

Great service, laptop great

Wow what a deal. I was skeptical at first but glad I made the purchase. I must say this is a trusted Amazon reseller. There are no scratches, dings or imperfections on this laptop. This is by far one of the best laptops out there. Sure there's newer models but the specs on this unit are great. I did a lot of research and watched many YouTube videos. I have a Surface Pro 4 which served me well for many years, but hands down this unit blows it away. I paid $1000.00 for it new. I would buy from Amazon & this seller again.

Appeared generally in good condition, battery was 91%, but the top left corner keys were sticky, resulting in constant mistyping. At first, my WiFi password wouldn't take until I plugged in a USB keyboard, which I assumed was a driver issue that needed to be updated. But after I got it all set up and updated, I realized the WiFi password didn't take because the keyboard had sticky keys and the password was hidden. I sent it back the same day I got it. It's non-functional without a good keyboard when the whole point is to be a mobile device.
