Dell Chromebook 11 - 3180 Intel Celeron N3060 X2 1.6GHz 4GB 16GB, Black (Renewed)

I would buy from this seller again. This is a refurbished chromebook and the only aesthetic thing that takes away from it is there are scratches all around the lens, which I find odd. Makes you wonder what the previous owner was doing. Other than that I have had no problems with it and like it.

What I liked:The fact that it worked stands out... My son was able to access iReady easily (and you tube and roblox)- which was the reason I purchased this device... The Chromebook and appropriate charger arrived timely as expected via myAmazon prime delivery date... The touchscreen works... The screen folds from the keyboard without friction and resistance... The price was extremely fair...Overall, my DEVICE WORKS!!!What I didn't like:The set up was a bit difficult- but we just signed in as a guest for easy access... The esthetic appeal could use some attention (as seen in the pictures- some of the "new look" sticker is peeling in the corners and wasn't properly aligned with the holes and surface of the machine)... The touchscreen requires a firm touch at times when in use (the mouse pad below the keyboard is primarily used...The Chromebook arrived with a dead battery (after a full charge- it powered on no problem)...I know I purchased a used device. So, all of the dislikes are minimal simply because it is working for the reason intended. I don't know if there are any security or firewall features pre-installed, but hopefully I don't run into any cyber security threats. Overall, I am satisfied with my purchase and would purchase again.

At arrived with minor scratches and blemishes, but started right up. It is very user friendly and works just fine for me. I was a little disappointed that it was not touch screen, but overall I am satisfied with my purchase. The charger works well and it keeps it's charge for a good amount of time. I think it is a good value for your money.

I use it for personal use

I bought this product to use as a monitor for my security camera. It was easy to set up and it works very well.

UPDATE: I have contacted Amazon and they shipped me out a battery. Very satisfied with this product.This computer works great until you unplug it. I discovered it does not have a battery in it. Very disappointed as I wanted to be able to travel with when I do my genealogy research where at times I will not be able to plug in. I realized this is a refurbished laptop but what's a laptop without a battery?

Keys fall off and break easily so be gentle or use a keycap remover. It can run a little slow sometimes but that’s okay. A quick restart puts some pep back in it.

Es una máquina refubrised. Siendo Dell como todos sus productos son muy resistentes. Por la oferta de menos de 2 mil pesos vale la pena tener un equipo básico de cómputo así. Muy rápido. Hay máquinas con windows de 5 mil pesos en el mercado qué son extremadamente lentas. Busquen este tipo de ofertas que valen la pena

Llego como en 2 semanas con cargador de hp. Me comunique con el vendedor y en 2 días me regreso 500 pesos con los que compre uno Dell genérico. La computadora parece nueva y funciona bien.
