GET THIS IF YOU TEND TO GET HEADACHES FROM NORMAL DOSES OF VITAMIN D
I know one reviewer complained about the serving size but I find it to be perfect that I can avoid headaches often associated with higher doses of vitamin d using this product and additionally it contains the natural and superior form of mk7 in it despite another reviewer's wish for it to contain the synthetic form mk4 which is inferior

The Olive Oil kinda makes the taste pretty yucky but I DID use more then suggested. Is as advertised!

D vitamin with K2 is essential !
Be prepared to taste.... nothing really! This is a good thing. It’s good to find a D vitamin with K2,as they are symbiotic. The body needs to be able to absorb and assimilate vitamin D. This produce works well and is a fair price.

It comes in a oil based form but its not heavy nor does it have a taste so thats a good thing.... Easy to mix with the beverage of your choice...water,juice even wine lol

Liquid vitamin
Working graveyards, have a need for K AND D nutrtion and supplements. Liquid vitamins have a higher absorbing avaiabilty. So testing this product and see how it does for me.

Low dose. Oily...
Very oily viscosity, due to it's olive oil delivery vessel. Doesn't seem to want to absorb sublingually. Doseage is fairly low for the number of drops. Clean ingredients. Overall a nice product, just wish it was a higher dose for the price.
