These are a must with the mills. Otherwise you have salt and pepper grinds all over your kitchen shelf or table. They are actually so necessary to keep things clean that they should actually be sold with them as an included accessory. I purchased them from here the colour I wanted (orange) was not sold through Le Creuset. But because of that I almost paid triple the amount.
