This is not the first such cabinet I've purchased but it is far superior to the one I bought previously. Very high quality for the price. It is beautiful and well constructed. I have it hanging behind my bathroom door and use it for my jewelry, perfumes, and makeup.The six little drawers are perfect for organizing my collection of eye shadows (pinks and purples in one drawer, blues and greens in another, golds and browns in a third, grays and silvers in a fourth). The other two drawers I use for hair ties and false eyelashes.The LED lights are darling but not a strong light source. Still, it's delightful to have them. They are charming.Something that is not evident from the pictures is that the first shelf under the ring area is shallower than the ones beneath it, so larger perfume bottles with a broad base will not fit there. Not a big deal though.One thing I'm trying to figure out is the best way to store my many brooches. Currently, they're hooked over the little bars that are supposed to be for earrings. It is cumbersome to take them on and off so I'll eventually devise a better solution, like maybe a broad ribbon to hang them on, or hanging clips, or something. Necessity is the mother of invention....Many different jewelry cabinets had reviews complaining about interior mirrors that arrived broken. That was one reason I decided to buy this model instead and I'd rather have more storage shelves over a mirror anyway.I do like the decorative lock on the front. It adds a touch of elegance. The cut out area for a door grip is just right, too. If there is a down side, it is that you cannot leave the key (it's attractive, too) in the lock because it will poke the wall when the bathroom door is opened. Not a big deal.Other reviews have mentioned difficulty opening the door because the magnet is so strong. I followed someone's suggestion and put a very small piece of duct tape over the magnetic catch and it worked a trick. The door closes and stays closed but opens with ease.I'm very pleased with this purchase and wish I'd gotten it years ago.

I love my new jewelry cabinet. It came in perfect condition (I thought) and seems to be well made. I immediately applied the hangers and put it on the outside of my bathroom closet door. It looks great and fits perfectly. I have recently moved so all of my jewelry has been boxed up so it was easy to open the boxes and hang them inside. I used the ring holder for some rings but mostly for post earrings. The little bars with holes in them were difficult to putt earrings into and impossible for me to put the backs on after hanging. The slots in the ring holder work better and are easier to put them in and take out. When I got finished, I put 2 AAA batteries into the receptacle on the top and turned it on. Unfortunately, nothing happened. I have tried everything but it will not work. I even bought new batteries but that didn't help. I am very disappointed. This was my husband's birthday present to me and i have been looking at them and comparing them for a long time. I have contacted Songmic. I'm hoping there is something they can suggest which will help. I would have given it 5 stars if the light had worked.This is an update: shortly after I wrote my review I read the description (again) of the product and discovered that the problem was not the jewelry cabinets fault but my own. Since I was trying to put the batteries in while it was hanging on the door and standing on a short step stool, I couldn’t clearly see the box. The box actually holds 3 batteries and I couldn’t see the area closest to me and was trying to work it with 2 batteries. All is well. My light works just fine and I am changing my review to 5 stars.

10/24/18-Update on my last review:So since i contacted the company about the scrape in the back, the gave me a partial refund since that was easier than boxing it back up and returning it, i now have it hung on the wall, and almost all my jewelry is inside, i love the way the inside is designed, lots of space for everything! I like the way the earring holder is slanted, altho its kinda tricky gettting the backs on the earrings, but it holds very well. There is one other thing,but it wont decrease the stars i gave, cause i really dont need it, the keys do not work, i think they are just for decoration only! In the end i am very satisfied with this product, thank you songmics! :-)Everything was great, shipping and delivery was earlier than expected, was packaged well, took it out the box,unwrapped it, looked it over, inside and out everything looked nice, when i turned it around to the back to see how to mount it, there is a fairly noticeble scrape along the middle of the back of the cabinet, im very disappointed cause it doesn't seem bad enough to return to whole thing just for that but at the same time , I am worried over time it may deepen or crack more, so for $122 I feel cheated honestly..

This is a wonderful jewelry box and I get lots of compliments on it!THE GOOD: The light hasn't gone out despite having it for months. I like that it locks and that here is different areas for all kinds of jewelry. Also, it has the option to be mounted on the wall or hang on a door.THE NOT GOOD: I really liked having this on my door, but the hangers (for lack of a better term) were far to big and it would make loud "CRACK" when I'd open and close my door. I wish there were adjustable hanging options for this reason. It looked really nice mounted on my wall. Also, is no place for stud earrings, so I put mine in the place meant for rings, it works fine.This would make a great gift! It is functional and very cute. It makes for a great focal point in my bedroom. I put a little John Snow figurine in mine and he guards my jewelry.

I love love love this mirror.has great storage love the light. Was very easy to hand up and no assembly required other than hanging it on the wall. The one i ordered had 6 drawers and the one i recieved only had 2. I was a little upset about that considering how much it cost but amazon took care of that for me. Great product even with the mixup. Happy with it but would have liked the one i originally ordered due to the extra storage.

My daughter saved her money and bought this. She was actually looking at a different one (less money). She is SO glad we dug a little deeper and found it, she loves the LED lights, the little drawers... Its beautiful and well worth the money. Arrived a week early and my husband had zero issues putting it up. LOVE IT!!!

I love my jewellery organizer! There are many pros and a few cons, thus the 4 stars.Pros* so much space! My jewellery and make up was scattered before this.* looks elegant. Good enough to display in the room.* the led light inside adds a very pleasant feel* easy to assemble... I hung mine up behind the door and managed to do that on my own in 10 mins. If you want to place it on the wall, they give a good guide so you know exactly where to drill the holes.Cons* smell* the drawers are not the best. They could use some padding to give a more classy feel.* there is nothing to stop the drawers from falling out when pulled a little bit* the velvet padding feels a bit cheapOverall, I'm satisfied with this purchase.
