Worst biometric lock ever. Jeopardised my kid's safety.
I bought this unit and in two months, it's started malfunctioning.Today, my infant was locked inside the room, crying and we could not get access to him despite using the fingerprint reader and unlock code multiple times. Every single time, the lock would chime "unlocked" and but would stay locked.Ultimately, we had to break the door to gain access to our infant who was in a bad state by then.Do you really want to trust the safely and well-being of your family to such a company selling this device?

The product is really nice and easy to set up. You can add setting is juts few clicks. Just the soeaker volume is low and it can be increased

Not exactly as advertised
It's not as simple as they advertise especially WiFi features very very poor installation and service backup installer not trained to explain and demonstrate functions looking for extra incentives.No service backup from manufacturer een on request they feel all are trained to understand their products online or on vedio they share.Product is okay but not customer support
