Awesome product. Was looking for a long time for the smart lock for my 25mm steel door. Checked with all other brands, talk to their support, but no one could provide solution. Finally I found this L&G locks on Amazon. I sent photos to their support team. They confirmed that they can do it.So, I ordered 2 Locks, one for steel and one for wooden door. Their support team is amazing. Locks got delivered very fast. Their carpenter and welder for Installation ( chargeable) came as per schedule I requested. Installed the lock very professionally and also explained the functions.Their support ( here was one lady) is just amazing, they even reply at the odd hours also to your queries.Thanks Urja team.

Good product
Very good app interface and quick response of the unlocking sensors. As I already had same size lock installed in metal door, only replacement using the manual was not a very big challenge.

Perfect smart doorlock
It's 15 inch size z it like water fall display of Samsung, work amazingly well. Fingerprint is so fast, it's truly wireless even it can unlock remotely
