This head light is fantastic! Is lightweight, love the dimmable feature and the tilt feature for the light as well as the red-light feature so you dont blind others that coming towards you at night. Easy to transport and recharge. Would have no hesitation recommending this to anyone. Great battery life- although I didn't use it for super long hikes. Used just for going to watch a sunrise in Acadia National Park one morning. Absolutely needed some light to see so I could climb over the boulders to find a place to sit.

Brighter than I expected. Works really well. Good battery life. Replaced an old headlamp and wish I had the Spot 400R. Definitely worth getting the rechargeable. Like the battery life indication. All around very good lamp.

Well made quality headlamp. Simple band, no third strap to get in the way or tangled up. Plenty bright and versatile with the optional lighting features. Like that it is rechargeable. Downside, no USB C connector. Must use the included proprietary connector cord.

I do like the light on this. It’s very bright. However, I do find myself making a lot of adjustments to the way the light seats on my head. For that reason, this lamp is my spare. I have another one that I like better.

I’ve used petal headlights for at least 20 years. Back when they still had the little incandescent bulbs. They are still great headlights however I read a review of headlights and this one came out on top so I thought I’d give it a try. Especially since I’m trying to get away from batteries and this is a usb charging light. I’m pleasantly surprised that it’s so good. Not overly expensive and it works great. Plenty bright when you need it. It’s small and so far the battery lasts a long time . I’m using it every night when I take my dog for a walk. I can recommend this.

Powerful and compact. I use it running, camping, leaf blowing and cooking outside. Works great and has a long battery life. I only need to use it on medium brightness.

It works well, has decent output and easy to use buttons even wearing gloves. I want to recommend this headlamp... Unfortunately I am not sure if I got a faulty one or what... but as soon as it arrived: I unboxed it, plugged it in and let it charge to full. (as I do with all my rechargeable devices) It started with 2 solid lights and one light blinking. It stayed that way until I went to bed 6-ish hours later. When I woke up the next morning the 3rd lamp was still blinking. I checked the instruction manual and it said all 3 lamps should be solid when full, so I left it plugged in. After it had been plugged in for over 24 hours, the 3rd light was still blinking so I unplugged it and took it to work with me. I have since used this headlamp for about 2hrs, 4 nights out of the week, for the last 3 or 4 weeks. It finally completely died 2 nights ago. (so roughly around 20-25hrs of use on initial charge) I plugged it in to charge before going to bed and it started at 1 flashing light. After 12hrs now on the charger, it is at only 1 solid light and one flashing. (The 2nd light in the photo was on when I took the photo but is still flashing indicating a less than 50% charge after 12 hours) I now have to go back on mission without a headlamp as this one isn't charging. The USB wall adapter I am using is 5v 1A. There was nothing in the included literature that would indicate this is insufficient to charge the device. Kind of let down. I was hoping that by purchasing a good quality/high-end brand head lamp that it would put up with constant use better. So far that has been the case. Aside from evidently requiring 24+ hours to reach a full charge....
