The media could not be loaded. Came as described, good roots, new green growth. All four are healthy and about 24” tall.

I confirmed that these would survive in our zone, took care of them and planted them. They died during the winter in Chicago. When I reached out to the seller- I was merely asked what I think went wrong. I followed the directions to water and plant to the T. Just a total let down that I wasted my money on this.

Received 4 plants only one lived. Had to reorder. The one that lived is growing fine .

Nice, but several containers were smashed and two of the trees had broken limbs.Only one limb to a tree so kinda a big deal.

They came very well packaged as bare sticks in small pots. Within a couple of days they started budding leaves. I moved them to bigger pots at 7 days and they just flourished. I will definitely buy more next year!

I don't think it's accurate to market these as trees because it will take several years for them to hold their own. I received several branches from an existing tree and each had an incredibly shallow root system. They are just propagated twigs that in a year or two will look like something. Unsure if they're worth the price.The packaging was just the branches in quart pots in a box without any type of insulation and a note that said not to worry if they arrived damaged. Seems like a poor business model- just add a small amount of newspaper or something to protect them from the elements. Mine were crushed and frozen during shipping. They'll have to regrow leaves entirely and that will set each plant back atleast month.This is too much for cuttings that need a lot of TLC to get established.
