Works perfectly well. good grips. I eventually passed it to a friend and bought a 5ft version, as I needed more space for weights for deadlifts. That's the only downside - the bar has specific area the weights can fit on, and that maxes out at high weights. But a 4ft bar isn't for super heavy weight anyway, that's what 5ft, 6ft and Oly bars are for.

Love this barbell, easy to take weights on and off, good that there are different lengths to choose from.

Arrived covered in oil/grease which is proving to be very difficult to remove. Not ideal to have the bar be slippery when you are trying to lift heavy weights! The bar itself seems fine. Could be finished a bit better as the ends are unrefined and jagged.
