RockTape Original 2-Inch Water-Resistant Kinesiology Tape

Let’s face it - this tape is expensive. If you’re buying it you are probably already injured, and you may be tempted to grab a generic version for half the price. Just like with sunglasses and trash bags; plastic wrap and tennis shoes - it’s worth paying for the good stuff. It stays on much longer, even if you get it wet, and dries quickly. (The cheap stuff curls up after a quick shower.) When you do change it, it comes off easily. (The cheap stuff leaves an irritating sticky residue, red marks, and itches!) It also seems more robust - like I’m really getting help from the tape, whereas the cheap stuff is just there. This kind has really helped my nagging plantar fasciitis, for example. It’s worth investing in this product for a quicker recovery (which, frankly, will save you some tape!)

I’ve been an orthopedic outpatient PTA for over 12 years and rock tape is BY FAR the best kinesiotape brand I’ve ever used. Worth every penny over the store brands. Thicker so it feels more supportive and stays on really well. I like that it’s a full roll, not precut strips so you don’t waste any of it. It’s the only brand I’ll use for myself and I recommend it to all my patients when they want to tape at home. Bravo, Rock Tape! Don’t ever change :)

Sticks much better than KT tape, the color is bright and you can cut it to whatever length is needed. I use it for hEDS pain management and the effect is noticeable immediately, it helps SO much!! Can get a bit irritating on sensitive skin if you use it non-stop, but that goes for any adhesive tape.

I have pretty severe knee problems and this tape is amazing. I had seen many of the Olympic athletes using some type of tape on their bodies so I did a search and found Rocktape. I was skeptical as to how this would work but decided to give it a try.Amazing how it works though. It give the knee joint support and supposedly promotes blood flow. Whatever it does, it provides great support and it provides relief. The blue color is a little bizarre and I eventually ordered a large roll of flesh colored tape. The tape stays on for several days so it is cost effective. You can even shower and it won't come off. I would recommend anyone with knee pain to give it a try. Each person is different

Not sure this is truly ROCK tape. It works well but the adhesion is crap and it starts peeling in less than a day.

This is my favorite tape for knee and ankle support. It is a bit stonger, a little less flex than other brands. It also comes off easily. I wear it when playing running sports.

I have tried several tapes and this one has lasted the longest at 4 days.

I used this during the last 2 months of my pregnancy to help with pain from SPD. It helped me to feel more supported overall too. The adhesive was strong but didn't make a mess or cause too much pain on removal like the first brand of rockclimbing tape I tried. I still have some left over that I am using to help hold in the postpartum belly now. I'm so glad this brand was recommended to me.
