That may depend on your body shape, but my wife, the one who uses it, said it tends to roll down as you sit. **Q: What is the sizing for med/lrg and lrg/xlrg?** A: My mom wears size 12 pants and the med/large fits her well. **Q: Would this wrap work while swimming?** A: it's not a wrap, it's a band, with interior to hold your pouch, and you can wear small undies beneath. I used normal, full brief tankini for swimming. I don't do anything special. N **Q: Does this wrap impede or impact the flow of bag urine/poop to the bottom of the ostomy bag?** A: The Corsinel wraps do not significantly impede/impact the flow to the bottom of the ostomy bag. We also know that 'pancaking' or having the sludge stay at the top of the bag, around the stoma, can be reduced by using a lubricating deodorant on the top of the pouch. Es sind i.d.R. hochpreisige Produkte und die Erwartungshaltung ist schon, dass maßhaltige und nicht einlaufende Artikel geliefert werden.Die Bilder mit dem Kennzeichen (2) entstanden direkt nach der Lieferung. Alle Artikel habe ich in der gleichen Größe M/L bestellt. Die Bundhöhen sind bei allen 3 Artikeln unterschiedlich; so auch die Weite.Auf dem Bild mit den Mustern 1 und 2 zeige ich eine bereits mit 30° gewaschene Stoma-Bandage der gleichen Größe M/L einer vorherigen Lieferung.Es ist mir unerklärlich, warum diese Artikel der Größen M/L immer unterschiedlich groß ausfallen.Die heutige Lieferung ist damit komplett unbrauchbar und die Rücknahme habe ich ausgelöst.Gibt es bei dem Hersteller keine Qualitätskontrolle? I treat them just like normal underclothes, changing them daily.This support does a wonderful job of keeping the bag from chafing your skin, adds support that exceeds a strap belt, and stops the bag from pooching out thereby giving you a slimmer look and the ability to wear a tighter fitting shirt/top. Also for those intimate times, by angling your bag sideways, this wrap completely conceals the bag in a narrow profile just by the using an additional fold on it.As for its breath-ability, I have worn this to work on 90 degree plus days with no sweat or body discomfort from it.The only negatives I have with it is that when I first purchased it, I found the instruction sheet totally confusing, and it took my wife and I about 10 minutes to finally figure it out. I also caution that I have seen where it could (but hasn't happened yet to me) catch on an object if you are pressed up against something as in leaning over a desk to reach an item, if you have a light enough shirt/top on.One disappointment that I have is that the seller of this item is claiming that they are not aware of it being available in different colors when in fact the actual article bag shows two other color options available, and those colors would be most welcome to a lot of customers like myself. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ fantastic wrap *by A***S on Reviewed in the United States on 25 August 2019* I have a permanent ostomy since 2014. I just found out about these wraps in the past I tried using belly bands but my pouch would leak cause of the pressure it wasn’t made for it. I love this wrap. I bought two so far. I bought a medium then I wanted a tighter one so I bought a small one too. I step into it pull it up, put my pouch through the hole pulled the second layer down then put the end of the pouch into the holding spot at the bottom. I Never had a problem with it, even with air in the bag and it ballooning no fear it going to bust, the price is great. I wish I had these a lot sooner thats for sure.
