AudioBox 96 Studio USB 2.0 Recording Bundle with Interface, Headphones, Microphone and Studio One software

This is a good value for the money. The Studio One software which allows you to record and export music/vocals including individual stems is great. It was user friendly once I knew what I was doing. Here's a tip - check out YouTube for instructions on recording & exporting using Studio One. There are many channels which offer easy tutorials. The AudioBox USB96 was also invaluable. Allowed the microphone and earphone to interface with my computer to provide a more professional sound. The only true drawback is the microphone. It is serviceable but not top notch in terms of filtering out reverb. The key to reducing that and letting it behave more like a top quality microphone is blanketing yourself/voice - which I literally did. I threw a teddy like throw blanket over my head and had the sides hanging on either side of me to create a noise buffer from the room and voila - clear clean vocals!

I’ve been trying to find the perfect audio interface for a while. I am happy to say that my search ended here with a decent price point and such versatility! There are two mic/line/instrument pres as well as a MIDI hub in the back of the interface. That means that you can record up to three things total. 2 lines and 1 MIDI. This is a major advantage over other interfaces. Please do consider this interface, especially since it comes with everything you need to get started with obtaining high quality recordings. I personally recommend this interface because it has the two combo pres, the mic, and the headphones for less than most other studio bundles. If you are wondering, you can definitely plug the line out from your guitar amp with a speaker cable to one of the line/inst. inputs on the front of the interface. IMPORTANT: If you are experiencing any weird clicking issues, it is likely because the sample rate or size is too low. I remember thinking that I should only set it to 128 samples, but that led to audio problems with guitar preamps. I recommend 512 samples to be safe.

I got this kit 3 weeks ago, and it works as expected. It includes everything i need from a audio interface, headphone, microphone + cable, and the recording software. I'm working on my 1st recording from then. I carefully followed its instructions to register, download, install its driver before plugging the audiobox to my pc, and then installed the studio one software. it's indeed a long process, but i have no trouble found ! I believe to follow its sequence is important. one of the good thing about this choice is you can find lots of tutorials on youtube, so it does help a fresh home recorder like me. amazon delivery is very quick, this is good. only one thing to complain is when i received the box, surprisingly it has no package tape on it. I was so nervous if any of its components fell out of it. so i carefully check the content list to ensure i didn't miss anything. luckily i didn't miss any after it went such a long distance.

I have been using this for a little more than 2 years now. I've used it with numerous software suites, including the ones that come with the purchase. The mic and headphones included in this package are not world beaters, but have been great for home use and YouTube videos. The hardware: Easy to set up, runs off of PC USB connection. Solid construction, easy to use physical interface. Most of the audio display will be in whatever software you are using, but does have red light indicators for clipping. Sound quality has been very good both with the included mic and others plugged in. I would reccomend a good pair of studio monitors be attached if you don't want to have the headphones on all the time. The Software: It is a bit of a pain to set up initially, but provides a lot of good options once you have done so. I am primarily using 3rd party software like Audacity and the Sound Forge Suite, but that is a personal preference. When I've used the programs included in this purchase they have been solid offerings. Note: I am only recording vocals, not instruments, so I am referring only to my experience with vocal audio quality. Overall: I am very pleased with this purchase and strongly reccomend it. Just expect that to use the software included you will need to set aside a few hours for registering/installing/customization.

Wonder audio box, my grandson was very enthusiastic about it.

My daughter is a singer/song writer and my son loves to create YouTube videos. We purchased this bundle thinking it would be a "good starter set." Blown away by the quality of recordings we are getting through this set up. The Studio One 5 software in this bundle is awesome. I had no experience using Studio One (only Garage Band) but after a few YouTube videos we were laying down vocals. The equipment is amazing! It come with everything to start recording immediately. I also purchased some microphone covers for protection. At first my audio box wasn't connecting and I was getting really frustrated, but I ended up having to download universal control. The audio is really good. The microphone picks up every noise. It is not compatible with Chromebooks, but it worked really well with my windows 10 computer. With a few YouTube tutorials, the software is pretty easy to use. The set up was really easy thanks to the included instructions. All in all, It is definitely worth the price! I recommend!

Item arrived and looks and works as described. The only issue is that the audio level coming out of this device is so low, which given the fact you are routing the mic into a dedicated appliance I assumed it would take care of that. By the time it hits the software on the PC, I have to use the PC software to raise the audio level to a usable level. Have not dug into what the issue is, but out the of the box audio level performance is not a simple plug and play deliverable.

Excellent quality in all items and very happy with the free software and plugins included.

I use this for my home studio recording. The production level does n ot drop down if many tracks are made even. The inbuilt sound sets for studio one 4 are just terrific. The product is the best thing available in the market as of now in this price range. The microphone is really a powerful one whose tonal clarity is beyond compare. The input resolution, preamp etc etc are just super awesome.

Excellent logiciel, installation et fonctionnement facile qui s'adapte sans problème à la carte son. Le micro est surement pas le meilleur de sa catégorie mais est largement suffisant pour un home studio en l'enregistrement d'un instrument ou d'une voix. Le casque est très bien, léger et reproduisant bien les basses et tout le spectre sonore. La carte son intègre les prises midi pour connecter les instruments dotés d'e/s midi.
